Tickets on sale for annual Armstrong Foundation dinner

The Armstrong County Community Foundation will host its annual dinner Oct. 11 at the Inn at Lenape Heights, 950 Golf Course Road, Manor.

The foundation will award its annual grants and there will be a social hour, silent auction and raffle. Local non-profit organizations receiving grants include Freeport Meals on Wheels, TryLife Center in Lower Burrell and Armstrong Community Theater.

Apollo Meals on Wheels seeking volunteer help

Apollo Area Meals on Wheels is looking for volunteers to help prepare meals and deliver meals to clients.
